Enjoyed by generations, the people’s palace floats upon an enchanted sea. Children play, families carouse, & couples kissed through two world wars and stormy seas, the rollercoaster thrills, dodgems and fresh sea air charging the hearts and minds of all who have walked upon her. #Poem#Pier#Brighton
We mourn their loss this day this year Those now with God, no danger near
So many loved ones left do stand Confronting loss throughout our land
My heart goes out to those who do No one can fathom what they view
I firmly pray for peace of mind
For what must live in infamy
