#PeckhamLevels hacks dead infrastructure into a commons. Once a multi-storey car park, it now hosts food labs, studios & maker spaces. Reprogramed into a surface for #TacticalUrbanism, there is no polish or corporate glow: just community in raw form. Here, #UrbanHacking means low-budget DIY culture, youth energy & spatial leftovers - colliding to create real-time regeneration.
