Located on #WallStreet in #Manhattan the #NewYork Stock Exchange #NYSE - known as the “Big Board” - was the 1st #StockExchange to be formalised in the #USA. It is the largest equities exchange in the world, ranked by market cap of its listed securities. Electronic trading has replaced the open-outcry system, yet brokers still work the NYSE trading floors today.
